Rupture diaphragmatique bilatérale post-traumatique isolée: une observation exceptionnelle@@@Isolated bilateral diaphragmatic rupture

Diaphragmatic ruptures are a rare clinical entity, but potentially serious and often integrated in a polytrauma. The authors report a case of isolated bilateral diaphragmatic rupture, discovered ten days after a road traffic accident. They discuss, through a literature, review diagnostic and therapeutic aspects with an emphasis on the role of MRI and video-assisted surgery in the management of this lesion.
