The invention discloses a coating process of an anticorrosive coating material, and in particular discloses a coating process of an anticorrosive coating material without aromatic hydrocarbon. The coating process comprises the following steps: mixing siloxane, a solvent, silica particles, a rare earth compound, deionized water, a catalyst, carbon fibers, polyimide and the like; curing the mixture; filtering the cured mixture; spraying, brushing and dipping the mixture on the surface of a base material; and forming a coating layer on the surface of the base material after the mixture is deposited. Thus, the anticorrosive treatment on the surface is realized.
