This paper analyzes the factors which contribute to the teacher of physical education construct alternatives to the inclusion of students with disabilities in their classes. The discussion is based on observation of the educational interventions of a teacher of Physical Education, in the presence and participation of students with physical disabilities in a school's private network of Belo Horizonte. Taking as reference Leontiev (1978), to discuss the analysis to include two aspects: on the construction of learning by the student and the teacher's mediation in the process of teaching and learning of students with disabilities.
