An experimental study of the effect on neuropeptide Y and infrared hot chart image in intraosseous hypertension after sympathectomy

2013
Objective To explore the effect on neuropeptide Y (NPY) and infrared hot chart image in Intraosseous Hypertension after teria femoralis in rabbits. Methods The model of intraosseous hypertension was established in 30 experimental rabbits. The rabbits were divided into experimental group (15 rabbits) and control group (15 rabbits). The sympathectomy on the membrane of arteria femoralis was carried out in experimental group. The intraossseous pressure,NPY and infrared hot chart image were measured in the experimental and control group before and after operation. Results NPY in control group and experiment group decreased from (15.32 ±7.63) ng/L to (14.26 ±8.23)ng/L (P >0.05),intraossseous pressure decreased from (22.06 ± 7.52) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) to 18.13 ± 6.89 mm Hg (P < 0.05),the temperature in experimental group decreased on infrared hot chart image (P < 0.05).Conclusion The temperature, intraosseous pressure and NPY decreased after operation. Key words: Sympathectic never;  Intraosseous pressure;  Neuropeptide Y;  Infrared hot chart image
