A surgical manipulation instrument that is particularly suitable for minimally invasive surgery includes an extracorporeal drive means (10) and a partially intracorporeal part manipulator (16). The drive means comprises a plurality of axially displaceable first actuating elements (12). Via a coupling device (23), the first actuating elements (12) having likewise axially displaceable second actuator elements (24), which serve to actuate an end effector (22), detachably connected. The coupling device (23) has two coupling elements (26, 30), wherein one of the two coupling elements has a undercut recess (28) which is engaged by the second coupling element (30).
