The role of scholarship of teaching in medical faculty development

It has been paid attention to medical faculty development, but it shows problems such as loss of subjectivity and limitation of conditions. Medical faculty should develop scholarship of teaching in order to stimulate their consciousness, overcome the fetters of reality and meet the need of their career development. So something should be done for making medical faculty development of teaching scholarship, which includes the guidance of experts, inspiring policies and environment construction.
