Implementation of ultra-high speed machining with an edge tool

A significant amount in the technological process of manufacturing engineering products is machining, which requires improvement. A possible way to improve machining may be the implementation of ultrahigh cutting speeds when machining with an edge tool, speeds an order of magnitude higher than those currently used in production. In the present work, based on an analysis of the results of studies of the process of ultrahigh speed cutting with an edge tool, recommendations are given for the possible implementation of this process during machining.
