Civil registration and vital statistics: a collection of papers.

This collection of papers is being published in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the International Institute for Vital Registration and Statistics (IIVRS). Most of these reports are part of the IIVRS publication series known as the Technical Papers describing national registration and vital statistics systems discussing methods for improving registration of births and deaths and presenting methodological problems.
