장수운동 프로그램이 고령여성의 자립생활체력 혈청지질 및 IGF-1에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 16-week longevity exercise program, self-reliance fitness, Serum lipids and IGF-1 of in Elderly Women. We recruited 70 Elderly Women (agerange, over 70 years) with: a Longevity exercise (n=10) and control group (n=10). The frequency of longevity exercise for program(i.e., resistance, aerobics, and gymnastics of traditional dance) group was 3 times per week (i.e., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) for 16- weeks. Each 60-minute exercise programme included 10 minutes of warm-up activities and 10 minutes of cool-down activities. The results of this study showed that longevity exercise program improves self-reliance fitness, GH and IGF-1.
