PENGARUH METODE STUDENT TEAM ACHIVEMENT DIVISION TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN PERILAKU KEKERASAN

Violent behavior is a negative act that is often accepted by children both on the emotional, verbal and physical aspects. Indonesia ranks third after Japan and America with pretensions above 60%. Increasing the level of violence in West Sumatra in school-age children every year more 40%, the highest city is Padang, Payakumbuh and Solok. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of STAD on Prevention of Violence Behavior in Children in Solok City Elementary School in 2017. The research design was Quasi experiment with pre testpost test with control group, total sample (N = 62) control and 31 intervention groups. Paired Sample T test results obtained p (0,000) before and after good action in the control group and intervention group. To see the difference between control and intervention groups using the Independent Sample T test for peer support 0,049, t value 2.013, knowledge p 0.000, t value 5,9281, attitude p 0,033, t value 1,335 and effort face hardness p value 0,038, value t 0.254, which means there is an influence between the control group and the intervention.
