El anticlinal de Muel-Jaulín (Zaragoza) y su relación con la extensión cretácica

1997
The Muel-Jaulin region shows structures related to the Lower Cretaceous extension and the Tertiary compression respectively. Cretaceous normal faults constitute the northern border of the Aguilon Cretaceous basin, appearing Lower Cretaceous deposits (Villanueva de Huerva Fm.) to the South. During the Tertiary compression, minar normal faults were reactivated and folded. Main faults limiting the Cretaceous basin are slightly reactivated and they are responsible for the nucleation of the Muel-Jaulin anticline.
