The Magnetic Properties of Co/Cr/Pd Multilayers and Accuracy of Measurement Results

The influences of two measurement procedures on the magnetic properties of Co/Cr/Pd multilayers with different Cr layer thickness were studied.To explain the accuracy of measured data,the different magnetization reversal processes are suggested.
