Synthesis and conformational studies on some Nitro- and aminophthalideisoquinoline derivatives

Nitro- and Aminophthalideisoquinolines were synthesized with a new efficient method. The molecular conformation of these derivatives was studied by1H NMR methods. On the basis of these studies tritoqualine was to be found theerythro racemate.
