The invention relates to an automatic program-controlled supersonic jet homogeneous filter which is composed of a filter cartridge body, a pressure transmitter, a supersonic shot gun and a program controlling center, wherein multistage ceramic membranes are arranged in the filter cartridge body; one end of the filter cartridge body is linked with the supersonic shot gun, and the other end of the filter cartridge body is linked with the pressure transmitter; a data reader is mounted on the pressure transmitter, and a data reader line is linked with the program controlling center to be mounted in a box body. The automatic program-controlled supersonic jet homogeneous filter is characterized in that the multistage ceramic membranes arranged in the filter cartridge body are divided into three layers of different hole diameters and can be replaced at will and cleaned according to process requirements; a scalable target is arranged at the outlet of the supersonic shot gun for free regulation, so that 2 Mach of supersonic jet impinging homogeneity is achieved.
