The invention discloses a semi-finish grinding process. The semi-finish grinding process comprises the following steps of: feeding materials into a weighing storehouse; feeding the materials into a roller press and performing roll pressing on the materials to form material cakes; feeding the material cakes into a V-shaped powder concentrator, and sorting the materials into coarse materials and fine materials; feeding the coarse materials into the weighing storehouse; after the fine materials enter a combined dynamic powder concentrator, sorting the fine materials into large-grained powder, coarse powder, medium coarse powder and fine powder; feeing the large-grained powder into the V-shaped powder concentrator; feeding the coarse powder and the medium coarse powder into an internal circulation ball mill and grinding the coarse powder and the medium coarse powder to prepare finished products; collecting the fine powder by a cyclone cylinder, feeding the fine powder into a dynamic powder concentrator, and sorting the fine powder into qualified and unqualified materials; collecting the qualified materials by a dust collector into a storehouse; and conveying the unqualified materials into the internal circulation ball mill by a material guide device and an inner screw conveyor, grinding the unqualified materials to prepare finished products which are then stored the storehouse. Equipment of the semi-finish grinding process comprises a raw material distribution station, a conveyor, a first elevator, a second elevator, the weighing storehouse, the V-shaped powder concentrator, the roller press, the internal circulation ball mill, a third elevator, the combined dynamic powder concentrator, the dynamic powder concentrator, the dust collector and a chute conveying device.
