Berührungslose online Profilmessung in der Reifenindustrie

Online profile measuring systems becomes more and more increased importance in many different industrial fields. Especially new laser technologies allows the construction of a measuring equipment for the difficult environment conditions of the extrusion line, to control the tread production in the tyre industry. This system enables the user to increase and stabilise the product quality. The realisation of a laser profile measuring system for the tread line and the appropriate display of the measurement results will be discussed in this article.
