The correlation between total DBI and MMSE was r = −0.118 (p =0.003), between sedative DBI and MMSE was r = −0.118 (p =0.003) and between anticholinergic DBI and MMSE was r = −0.044 (p =0.267). Conclusions: This study allows a better understanding of demographics and clinical patterns of outpatients with cognitive impairment in France. Those preliminary results shown that increased DBI is correlated with diminution of MMSE. Furthermore, it would be interesting to assess the impact of decreased DBI on cognitive function and other clinical outcomes (falls, physical and functional performance).
