Display panel and manufacture method thereof

The invention discloses a display panel, comprising an array substrate, a plurality of switch elements, an opposite substrate, a solar cell, and a display medium layer. The switch elements are disposed on the array substrate. The opposite substrate is provided with a groove on a surface, which faces the array substrate, of the opposite substrate. The solar cell comprises a first electrode disposed in the groove of the opposite substrate, a photovoltaic conversion stack structure disposed in the groove of the opposite substrate and electrically connected with the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the surface of the opposite substrate and electrically connected with the photovoltaic conversion stack structure. The display medium layer is disposed between the array substrate and the opposite substrate.
