Multi-vortex combustion method

The invention discloses a multi-vortex combustion method and relates to the technique of stable combustion. The low working condition stability of industrial and civil gas combustion devices and gas turbine combustion chambers is increased. According to the method, combustion air enters from a middle rotational flow device 1, an upper rotational flow device 2 and a lower rotational flow device 3 mounted on a head part wall surface 11 at the heat part of a combustion chamber; and under the assisting of impinging combustion air streams 7 and 8, a plurality of backflow vortex areas (4, 5 and 6) are formed near the head part of the combustion chamber. The fuel gas and the combustion air combust in the one or more generated backflow vortexes and transmit flame to each other. The multi-vortex combustion method is mainly characterized in that the free transition and zooming of a plurality of combustion vortexes in a flow area near the head part are realized, so that the change of fuel quantity or air quantity is adapted, the stable combustion is kept, and the lean blowout performance is improved.
