PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device that can accurately perform analysis.SOLUTION: A data processing device 1 processes spectroscopic image data that stores, for each of pixels, a spectroscopic spectrum including a first signal caused by a first optical phenomenon. The data processing device 1 includes: a pixel specification part 11 that determines, for each of the pixels, whether or not the spectroscopic spectra stored in the pixels include a second signal caused by a second optical phenomenon and specifies pixels storing a spectroscopic spectrum including the second signal; and a base vector acquisition part 12 that acquires a base vector by using a spectroscopic spectrum stored in pixels other than the pixels specified by the pixel specification part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
