Lung cancer complicated with chronic necrotizing pulmonary Aspergillosis

Objective To study the clinical feature of lung cancer patients without immunodeficiency complicated with chronic necrotizing pulmonary Aspergillosis (CNPA). Methods One case of lung cancer patient without immunodeficiency complicated with CNPA was reported and the related datas were reviewed. Results Lung cancer patients without immunodeficiency complicated with CNPA was rarely reported.Patients usually had no specific clinical syndrome and chest CT scans. Conclusions Lung cancer without immunodeficiency maybe complicated with CNPA at the same time if untreated.While diagnosis Lung cancer or CNPA, we have to raise the suspicion of the existence of another disease.
