Background A Phase 1, single center study is ongoing to evaluate the conditionally replicative oncolytic adenovirus, DNX-2401 (tasadenoturev), followed by radiotherapy (RT) in pediatric patients with newly diagnosed diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG).
