Peridontal Kistli Dişlerde Aerob-Anaerob Bakteriyolojik Tetkikler

SONCLAR ; 1. Periodontal kistlerin bakteriyolojisi ile ilgili olarak arastirmasi yapilan 20 vakanin 5'ide (% 25) ureme gorulmedi, 15 inde ise (% 75} ureme goruldu. 2. Uretilen bakterilerden buyuk bir kisminin Str. viridans grubu (% 50) ve ozellikle Str. mitis, Str. sanquis, Str. solivarius tipi bakteriler olduklari saptandi. 3. Calismada sadece aerobik degil, anaerobik yontemlerde kullanildi. 4. Calismamizin sonuclari ureme orani haric tutulacak olunursa uretilen mikroorganizma tipi bakimindan bizden oncekilerle ayni duzeydedir. Onlarda bizim gibi, burada ortamda cogunlukta olan turun Str. viridans oldugunu saptamislardir. SUMMARY The aerob and anoerob floras of the periodontal cysts are investigated on 20 cases. The following conclusions were reached: 1. Anaerobic as well as the aerobic culture is essential in a study of the microbiology of the periapical area. 2. Negative cultures are obtained in 5 of the 20 cases {% 25). 3. Str. viridans was found in 50 percent of the cases.
