The invention provides compound grain bean flour. The compound grain bean flour is prepared from the following components in parts by weight through compounding: 100 parts of corn flour, 50-100 parts of highland barley powder, 50-100 parts of buckwheat, 20-50 parts of lotus root powder, 20-30 parts of pumpkin powder, 20-30 parts of celery powder, 10-20 parts of a tomato extract and 50-80 parts of sea-buckthorn powder. The sea-buckthorn powder is prepared by the following method comprising the following steps: crushing the sea-buckthorns and pouring the crushed sea-buckthorns into a pot; adding 75-degree alcohol and hydrolyzing for 1-2 hours under the condition of 85-95 DEG C; filtering to obtain a filtrate, centrifuging and dehydrating; pouring a dehydrated product into a bottle and heating and concentrating to obtain a concentrate; and drying the concentrate by infrared ray at 120 DEG C until the concentrate is made into powder.
