A 60 GHz Millimeter-wave Antenna Based on Highly Conductive Graphene-assembled Films

2021
In this paper, a 60 GHz millimeter-wave antenna based on highly conductive graphene-assembled films is proposed for wireless communications. The proposed antenna is designed with microstrip line discontinuities radiation and made of the gra-phene-assembled film with conductivity of 1.1×106 S/m by laser engraving method. The proposed antenna possesses some significant advantages of compact structure, low profile and high gain. The simulated and measured results show that the antenna has a high gain of 12.2 dBi at 60 GHz, and a satisfying return loss of −40 dB.
