Coronary perforation during unprotected left main angioplasty. Management with conservative approach: a case report.

Coronary perforation is an uncommon complication of percutaneous coronary intervention. We describe a case of perforation located on the left main coronary artery successfully managed by reversal of anticoagulation. Even in a location like this, an angiographic definition of the perforation helped in the management of the patient.
