Ectopic cerebral tissue in the middle ear. A case report

: A case of cerebral ectopy in the middle ear of a 50-year-old woman is reported. We emphasize three elements: the anodyne clinical manifestations, high risk, and the importance of high-resolution CT and exploratory tympanotomy in diagnosis and treatment.
