The invention discloses a system for training electrical equipment operation. The system comprises a computer, a 3D helmet and a 3D camera, wherein the computer is provided with a database; the database is used for storing 3D demonstration videos for each training project, explanation audios for explaining the 3D demonstration videos, 3D scenes for examining the training projects, and text information corresponding to the 3D scenes; the 3D helmet includes a display panel, an audio output module, a bluetooth module and a helmet body; the bluetooth module wirelessly communicates with the computer; the helmet body is matched with the head of an operator; during the process for training the operator, the display panel is used for displaying the 3D demonstration videos and the audio output module is used for outputting the explanation audios; during the process for examining the operator, the display panel is used for displaying the 3D scenes and the text information; the 3D camera is wirelessly connected with the computer; and the 3D camera is used for taking the operation video for the operator during the process for examining the operator. The system for training electrical equipment operation solves the technical problem that the efficiency for training employees is low in the electric power field.
