Apparatus for dewatering organic clarified sewage sludge, industrial sludge and special waste sludge of various composition by pressure

PURPOSE: To continuously execute dewatering, to reduce a required space, to reduce a noise level and to suppress friction to a minimum by connecting a rise tube to a pressure reactor with a flange and opening filtered cake to a conveyer screw to transport. CONSTITUTION: Feeding raw sludge to a pressure reactor 26, taking out filtered cake from the pressure reactor 26, pre-dewatering/post-dewatering of raw sludge in the chamber of the pressure reactor 26 with restricted by pressure pistons acting at both are always/alternately executed. Filtered cake is taken out to both sides of the pressure reactor 26 and is pressed into a conveyer screw 37 through motor driven type take out valves 28, 29 by a pressure piston 30. The conveyer screw 37 transports the filtered cake and discharges it to a container 38 at one side. The filtered fluid to flow out passing through a filter candle 32 in the pressure reactor 26 is guided to a filtered fluid collecting chamber 34 and is continuously discharged through a conduit, etc.
