Regímenes internacionales aplicables a los procesos de participación juvenil ; Incidencia de la ONG Internacional “Movimiento Por La Paz” En San Pablo, Bolívar

This degree work focuses on analyzing the incidence of international non-governmental organizations within the processes of promotion and strengthening of youth participation in light of the constructivist theory of International Relations. The research is developed from a case study in San Pablo, a municipality located in the south of Bolivar, where the Spanish NGO “Movimiento por la Paz” (MPDL) supports and accompanies processes on strengthening and development of the organizations of the civil society and institutional strengthening processes in Magdalena Medio, with the purpose of favoring the agency of the young subject in this sub-region of the country. Part of the results obtained show that, according to the constructivist position, this incidence of the MPDL is evidenced with greater force in the dissemination of international norms in the area of ​​human rights, since the role of the organization as an interlocutor and promoter of These internationally socialized norms, ideas and discourses provide young people with the necessary tools and instruments not only in the processes of reconfiguration of interests and behaviors of youth groups in San Pablo, but also in the various participation scenarios that have been generated in the municipality.
