This study investigated the relationship of the survivors' perceived value of the incentive and incentive-taker exposure to the survivors' organizational commitment. Perceived value of the incentive was positively related and incentive-taker exposure was negatively related to organizational commitment - Organizational. decision makers must make incentives to voluntarily lean an organization attractive, yet not so attractive that it becomes detrimental to those who remain in the Organization.
