Application of pterostilbene to preparation of medicament for treating cervical cancer

The invention provides a medicament for treating cervical cancer. The medicament for treating the cervical cancer is pterostilbene (Pte). The medicament can be prepared into various formulations such as powder, particles, capsules, tablets, nano-emulsion, liposome, suppository, paste and the like. In-vivo and in-vitro experiments prove that tumor cell proliferation can be restrained effectively and tumor cell apoptosis can be promoted when the pterostilbene is used for treating the cervical cancer. An animal acute toxicity experiment shows that the pterostilbene has low acute toxicity, so that the pterostilbene can be used for preparing the medicament for treating the anti-cervical cancer.
