A NEW VERSION OF MULTIPLE GRID ANALYZER

A new version of multiply grid analyzer,named DSH,has been developed.It can be used to measure the parameters of low temperature plasmas,such as sempprature,density,potential and others.The principle and struc-ture of the instrumant are presented with,experimental results.
