다중 폐수원의 접종을 사용한 생화학적 메탄 잠재력(BMP test)

2020
Environmental engineers had relied in the wastewater treatment and bacteria cultivation principles as a sustainable solution for the increasing global energy demand. Anaerobic digestion had incurred on finding ways to improve the wastewater treatment and, having the production of biogas from the feed to inoculum process as sub-product. The production of biogas from anaerobic digesters is important to reduce greenhouse gases depletion into the atmosphere and use them as renewable ways of energy production. In order to improve the efficiency of fatty acids separation and bacteria feeding from organic matter, the wastewater and bacteria sources need to be studied before been processed into full-scale digesters. Therefore, the analysis of biogas production could be done from the wastewater and inoculum tests in order to improve and maximize one of the most valuable sources of renewable energy elements: biomethane gas production. The focus of this research is the BMP test experimentation and comparison using wastewater and inoculum from Jeonju City wastewater plant, in order to demonstrate the viability and potential of this resources to be used as anaerobic digester feeders in different substrate to inoculum ratios (SIR) as comparison factor. The results of this research aim to show the high capacity of industrial wastewater for bio-gas production, which can be used for energy production using compressed natural gas (CNG) generators or another bio-gas fuel working machines.
