Purpose: to improve results of diagnostics and surgical treatment of a varicocele. Results: the algorithms of diagnostics and tactics of surgery for a varicocele have been developed. Conclusions: The combined results of additional methods of studies contribute to the choice of surgery for a varicocele. The X-ray surgical technique is one of informative and safe methods of diagnostics and surgical correction of a varicocele.
