Cleaning roller with changeable bristles for belt conveyor

The invention discloses a cleaning roller with changeable bristles for a belt conveyor. The cleaning roller comprises a carrier roller, formed hair brush groups and a dustproof mat, wherein the formed hair brush groups are provided with a fixed seat and bristles; the fixed seat comprises an L-shaped base plate, a forming board and a pressing plate; the bristles are arranged in the fixed seat in a U shape; the formed hair brush groups are arranged on the outer surface of the carrier roller at intervals of 45 degrees; the formed hair brush groups are welded on the external rotation surface of the carrier roller; the eight rows of bristles of the formed hair brush groups are arranged, namely four rows of long bristles and four rows of short bristles; every adjacent two rows of the bristles are arranged alternatively in a mode of one row of long bristles and one row of short bristles; and the dustproof mat is arranged on the external rotation surface of the carrier roller. The cleaning roller is stable in cleaning force, ensures that the conveyer belts are low in abrasion loss, has good durability and a wide application range, prolongs the service life of the belt conveyor, and can be used for cleaning conveyer belts which have band steel slips and decorative patterns and cannot be cleaned by other sweepers.
