A method for displaying patient data

The invention relates to a method for displaying patient data (PD) and an associated control unit (D), wherein the patient data in a data format (L) are present with at least two parts. The invention comprises the following steps: a) in a first step (at a user interface UI) are prepared, a first part of the patient data from a computing unit (RE) and shown on the user interface, b) in a further step at least one further part to be processed from the patient data from a computing unit and shown on the user interface, c) the sequence of the reprocessed parts of the patient data by means of a charging strategy of one of the arithmetic unit arranged upstream of the control unit (D) is predetermined, and d) the control unit (D) by means of the charging strategy the period between the treatment in step a) and the processing in step b) releasing the arithmetic unit (RE), so that the arithmetic unit (RE) further computation time for another processing is available.
