October and the Party's Agrarian Policy

The first victorious socialist revolution in world history took place in a country with a predominantly peasant population. The fate of the peasantry, the satisfaction of its needs and aspirations, and its involvement in the creative work of building a new society were therefore of primary importance to the victory of socialism.
