Polypropylene material prepared from waste washing machine inner cylinder material and method for preparing same

The invention discloses a polypropylene (PP) material prepared from a waste washing machine inner cylinder material, comprising the following raw materials by weight percent: 90-98% of waste washing machine inner cylinder material, 1-8% of compatilizer, 0.6-3% of composite photo-thermal stabilizer and 0.1-1% of lubricant. The polypropylene material prepared from the waste washing machine inner cylinder material has the mechanical properties and flowing processability equivalent to that of the new PP material, and has few impurities; as the composite photo-thermal stabilizer is added, the material has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance; the polypropylene material is suitable for the automobile exterior trimming parts; and as a result, the environmental pollution is reduced, the resource is recycled, and high social benefit and economic benefit are obtained. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the polypropylene material prepared from the waste washing machine inner cylinder material. The method is simple to operate, capable of avoiding the use of special equipment, low in cost and suitable for industrial production.
