Alternatives for reduction in volume of liquid in Basin F, Rocky Mountain Arsenal. Draft report

A large number of biological, physical, and chemical processes for reducing the volume of liquid in Basin F were researched and evaluated. Five processes; Wet Air Oxidation, Freeze Concentration, Influent Reduction, Simple Forced Evaporation, and Surface Area Enhancement were found to be feasible means to meet the objective. Of these, the latter three were recommended as the most directly applicable.
