PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject conjugation useful for manifesting an oxidase enzyme in high yield in an oxidase enzyme producing microorganism by transformation by a recombinant DNA technology, coding a structural gene to code an oxidoreductase and a specific control sequence. SOLUTION: A vector such as a plasmid containing both a structural gene coding an oxidoreductase suitable for a bleaching and/or a detergent composition for forming a bleaching agent in site and an alcohol oxidase(MOX) and/or a dihydroxyacetone synthase control sequence derived from Hansenula polymorpha is constituted.
