And removing water-soluble impurities, and dried to give polyaniline nanofibers; Doped Polyaniline nanofibers with aqueous ammonia, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain polyaniline nanofibers; polyaniline nanofibers It was treated to give conductivity type dopant polyaniline nanofibers, and dried to give a powdery conductive polyaniline nanofibers. The present invention is by introducing the ultrasonic polyaniline ordinary chemical oxidative polymerization process, it may conveniently be obtained having a diameter of 20 ~ 100nm, polyaniline fiber length of 500 ~ 5000nm. This method is simple, high yield.
