Pagetoide Retikulose Typ Woringer-Kolopp

The pagetoid reticulosis Woringer-Kolopp represents a unique variant among cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. We report on a 77-year-old female patient with a history of about 30 years of pagetoid reticulosis. She was treated by radiotherapy. The peculiarities of the course and histopathology are described.
