The headlamp is key part of the whole car-image. These days, the design of headlamp is very splendor and head lamp is much more complicated than before. The headlamp structure is so complex, that it should consist of many plastic components. But plastic materials involve vapor. When the headlamp is turned on, the plastic parts start to release the vapor, it causes fog on the lens. This research analyzes the effect of vapor release on fog generation using CFD.
