Protein Blotting By Centrifugation

Centrifuge blotting is an efficient and convenient method for elution and transfer of proteins from a polyacrylamide gel to a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane centrifugation. This chapter provides the method detailed by Jinny Paul in earlier work.
