Biological tongue phenylthiocarbamide concentration analysis device and method based on surface acoustic wave series resonator

2015
The invention relates to a biological tongue phenylthiocarbamide concentration analysis device and method based on a surface acoustic wave series resonator. The device and method solve the problem that cost is high in the prior art when a concentration analyzer is adopted. The device comprises an acquisition worktable, an acquisition unit, a conversion unit and a processing unit. The acquisition worktable comprises a base, a disc is disposed on the base, a plurality of liquid storage cavities are arranged on the disc, a dropping liquid chamber is arranged on the lower side of one side of the disc, a dropping head is disposed at the bottom of the dropping liquid chamber, and a placement groove is formed in the base under the dropping head. The acquisition unit comprises a cell electrode plate and the surface acoustic wave resonator, the cell electrode plate is located in the placement groove, the surface acoustic wave resonator is connected with the conversion unit, and the conversion unit is connected with the processing unit. The device has the advantages that the structure is simple, manufacturing cost is low, concentrations of various solutions can be automatically detected, operation is convenient and quick, meanwhile, workloads of operators are reduced, time is saved, the detection process is convenient and quick, and precision is high.
