The bactericidal composition contains two active ingredients, wherein the first ingredient is prochloraz; the second ingredient is selected from any one of the following biological source fungicide ingredients: mushroom proteoglycan, amino-oligosaccharin, glucosan, oligosaccharide, and harpin protein; the weight ratio of the first ingredient to the second ingredient is (1-80):(1-50); the first ingredient prochloraz and the second ingredient biological source fungicide account for 2-80% of total mass percent of the composition. The prochloraz used in the composition disclosed by the invention plays a bactericidal effect by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis; the second ingredient is a biological source product, is complicated and unique in mechanism, does not generate contradiction after being mixed with each other, and can synergistically interact. Thus, the dosage is reduced, and the cost is also reduced.
