W ith th e investments in new tech nologies of mech aniz ation of th e rice production in Cuba, it becomes necessary to upgrade th e organiz ational sy stem of tech nical attendance. Th is study is aimed to determine th e f actors th at cause problems in th e Integrated U nit of Tech nical Services of th e Agroindustrial G rain Company L os Palacios and to propose th e solutions to meet th e needs in services of mech a- niz ation, during th e process of th e production of rice, according to th e plans f oreseen f or th e period 2011-2016. Th e obtained results ensure the appropriate planning of rice production and the determination of the needs of machinery services under a scientific-methodological basis.
