Postoperative use of gelecel sorbent in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.

1998
: Local sorption therapy of postoperative wounds in patients with exacerbation of otitis media purulenta chronica with gelecel stimulates cleansing of the wounds from pyonecrotic substances on postoperative day 2-3. Regeneration in the trepanation or radical cavity starts on day 2-3. Intoxication ceased 2 days earlier compared to the procedure with the use of medical gauze. To prevent dehydration of the soft tissue gelecel should be applied on postoperative day 5-6.
