Синдром системной воспалительной реакции и риск развития полиорганной недостаточности у пациентов с острым некротическим панкреатитом

The aim of the research was to elaborate criteria of the risk for the development of polyorganic insuffi ciency in patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. 90 patients were under study. It was shown, that the risk for the development of severe polyorganic insuffi ciency, which in most cases leads to an unfavorable outcome, depends on the intensity of systemic infl ammatory response, patient’s age, nutritional status and the degree of serum albumin level decrease during the disease.
